So i picked up some ehpredra and want to know what dosages I should be looking @ for a proper ECA Stack.

I think you should start off slow.
Everyone is different and reacts differently to it. I myself can tolerate 140mcgs of clen along with ephedra through out the day with no issues.
I would say around 50mgs of ephedra would be fine, but that's me. -

The proper dosage is no more than 125mg of Ephedrine, 200mg of Caffeine and 300mg of Aspirin.
Once a day and try to limit the time to two - three weeks of usage. Go off for a couple weeks and try the cycle again. This stack works people, if it is used and monitored safely.
Remember that Aspirin is bad for your stomach walls and should be watched closely. This stack right here would be great...good luck and be safe with it.Comment
