        Good feedback, everybody. My conclusion is that every last one of you deals with the same crap that I do. It's nice to see that scale tipping new records, but it sucks to look down and lose those abs under your newly accrued poundage. Screw it...I am going to eat like I'm forever bulking and do cardio and shedding agents when I want to get cut! Point me to the nearest Hardees. Just read an article that the new Monster Burger has 1420 calories and 107g of fat per burger. See ya' in the ER!!!

          IMO I DO IT IN CYCLES NOT TO BE CONFUSED W/ GEAR. I WILL BULK UP OVER A FEW MONTHS FOR EXAMPLE THE WINTER IS A GOOD TIME FOR ME TO BULK. THEN STARTING IN FEBUARY I WILL SWITCH UP MY PROGRAM SETS AND REPS TO MORE OF CUTTING SO COMES SPRING TIME I WILL SEE WHAT I HAVE TO WORK W/. I WILL HIT IT HARD ALL SUMMER W/ A COMBO OF STRENGTH TRAINING, CUTTING AND THROW IN SOME MASS BUILDERS SO I DON'T STRAY TO FAR AWAY FROM PUTTING UP HEAVING WEIGHT. DURING THE FALL I CRITIQUE MY PHYSIQUE THEN START OVER BY PUTTING ON THE BULK.

            This what I generally do too. IMHO I think that if you are running something in the viscinity of 20 weeks, have enough quality gear to do whatever you want and also have the muscle composition left from your previous cycle to work with, then I think its more then possible to bulk for 10 weeks, and then cut for 10 weeks, without a break in between. If anything I think this is better, because you dont interrupt your anabolic supplementation. I mean sure, if youre 195 and trying to get to 230-240, then there is no reason to bulk and then cut, until you get to the monster size, thats when its time to shred. But for some people I think, its enough to get to 210-225 somewhat lean, and then cut to 205-215 all in one cycle. And who says that you will stop gaining LBM once youre on a diet? In my experience, I look and actually gain the best in my last few weeks before I end my cycle...

                    I like to go for the Big, massive, and semi-cut. That way if you take your shirt off you don't look shredded but you don't look fat in the slightest either. And then when you are dressed you still look big as shit!

                        Thanks for the feedback. I want to be bigger, but not the dude who should be doing belly flops off of the diving board. I've always had abs, and it is hard to trade those bottom abs in for some bigger guns.

                          I think it depends on your body type...Ok...I used to be skinny. so I dont give a damn about being cut..I like looking big.

                            I don't care about being ripped. That's a ***** to maintain! I'm straight up lookin' for strength and size. There is something about movin' weight that gets me charged up and jacked. And there is nothing about cutting that gets me worked up. And I mean nothing! Cardio and cutting suck.

                              Alright fellas, why don't you go and ask the girls what they want? Give them a choice between some puny actor w/abs and a beast wrestler or bodybuilder and ask them what turns them on more.
