    liver was "perfect"
    ldl--147
    hdl--46
    test - 355

    not the best.....i would like my hdls to be higher....and my test is on the low/normal side....but i am happy considering how long i was on for

      thanks.....i want my hdls to be around 60 and my test to be around 450-500 before i go back on.....with my wrist that should be no problem
