    yes that might help.....guys my only concern here is this....does the am cardio theory on an empty belly hold water or not....i never heard other wise till that small paragarph in this article that said its not true cause of your cortisol levels being too high....i'm wondering if any one agrees or does not agree....and whats the argument for their point of view
