Cell tech is mostly dextrose, and to expensive for my taste.

It is advised by dr. not to increase sugars (cain or corn) as it can elevate high cholesterol, triglycride values, and bp. I use maltodextrin only. Iam not saying this will happen to everyone, but if you have the genetics or are predisposed to it, lay off the sugar, that would be inculding sat fats, dairy and the bad carbs. It all depends on your priorities. How much are you willing to do to jepordize your health to get big. I understand using it with the slin, but later in life it may come back to haunt you, as it is not good for the body.
