Hey guys, I was just wondering how long you wait before you inject in the same spot again. Like if you gave yourself a shot in the left buttox when would be the next time you shot in the same place? Let me know.

GP is right! Do NOT even think that there's any wiggle room. 6 days, minimum.

The other thing, is that you increase the possibility of getting an abcess, which you absolutely do NOT want!! Talk to someone who's had one - not a pretty story.

at least a week, but unless you are doing ed or eod there are a lot of spots so this shouldn't be a problem

An easy way to make sure you don't hit the same spot too many times is to make a chart.

Tue - LG

I just keeping sticking the same exact spot until the needle bends in half and won't go in. Then I know it's time to change locations.

i used to do the thigh but I really dont like it, glute and shoulder to me are the easiest. Anyone have any recomendations for one more spot to switch into the rotation?

I would also factor in the volume of gear in each injection. If it is 3ccs or above i would wait 2 weeks before hitting the same spot. Its my experience that when doing high volume shots and hitting the same spot every other shot oil builds up at the site. I get a bump that doesnt go away until i rotate the site out of it. Give it a cpl weeks for the lump to go away and start using it again.

well ive been doin 1 1/2 cc's of prop and i will have 8 days in between reusing injections sights so I should be straight, never used prop tho and it definately hurts more then anything else I have used so far.

Your waiting 8 days between shots of prop? Every 3 days is the longest id go between shots of prop. I prefer ED.


At such a low volume dose oil building up will not be an issue once a week will be fine.
