  • New to group- Advise

Hi All, I had weight loss surgery a year ago and I have gone from 316 to 246. But I've been stuck in the 248-244 range for months now. So I figured a cycle might help me lose the last 20 LBS I want to lose. I go to the gym mon-fri I do Cardio everyday and I lift 2-3 times a week. I have read that Winnie is a great fat burning cycle. Do you guys recommend winnie? and should I consider Tren and or Anavar with it? what are the known side effects with the those three steriods?

    Few stats
    age 34
    H- 6'1
    W 246

    Thanks for the help

Welcome to FG! You've stumbled on a great resource here to help you realize your goals. And, congratulations on your progress!!

AAS is not for fat burning - diet and cardio are. It sounds like you've got at least 50% of that equation down, let's hear a bit more about your current diet.

There are many approaches to dieting to lose fat. Do a search, ask some questions if you want to know specifics about diet.

Once you have keyed in your diet and cardio, the fat will go!

Exactly what he said, diet and cardio are the key to fat loss. Try a high protein ketosis diet for about 8 weeks. That should be enough time with good cardio training to lose 20lbs of fat. You're about the size as my dad and he lost almost 40 lbs. once he tried the high energy (high protein ketosis) diet. The key is to keep up the cardio and stay on a lean diet after you come off to keep the fat away. If everythings not in balance ie. cardio/diet then all you're going to do is have a rebound of fat and possibly put extra pounds back on. I've seen it first hand with him and its been a constant battle, but welcome to FG and keep us posted on your progress.

Do you know what your bf is? Also, did you have the surgery for medical reasons, another words is the weight gain in the past realted to medical probs or just overweight do to lack of activity and over eating? Cardio and diet are the best choices. I try to do at least 45 minutes of cardio ed.

well i agree with the others i fell that if your cardio and diet are in check run clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off for 8 weeks and an eca stack and the off weeks.

ramp the clen from 40mcgs to about 120-140 depending on your limit and then back down. use the search function for more info on clen.

A common misconception that many people dont realize is that with cardio- just as with weights- your body becomes adapt to the movement and, in turn, you dont burn as many calories. Make sure you switch up the types of cardio that you do (some people just do the eliptical every day) try to include running, biking... whatever just make sure you switch it up.

I agree, if you are stuck at 246 there is something missing that AAS will not fix. I know that you probably wanted to hear something else, but 246 should not be a weight at which you get stuck for too long.

Post some more details about your
                cardio routine
                workout routine
                diet

I am sure we can help you find some alternative to help shake up your situation.

Also, are you taking any supplements?

                Cheers

I would recommend skipping the aas for the time being and doing a cycle of ECA or Clen. If you have never you used either you would probably get the results your looking for fairly quick.
