    pct is my question heres my complete cycle week 1-10 500mgs test week 1-5 dbol 35mgd week 11-12 hcg1000iu eod 14-17 nolva but how much is in question any advice this is all my gear the nolva is 25 mgs and i ordere plenty just in case i cannot get clomid.

      Everything looks pretty good there.

      I'd start Nolva on week 13 instead of week 14.

      Week 13 run 50mg ED
      Week 14 and 15 run 25mg ED
      Then you should be good to go.

        Alright then i will be starting my cycle in 7 days im ready to rock and i feel confident in my research thus far 2 grams protein per lb of bodyweight lots of water milk thistle saw palmetto ive got 3 ribs of beef in the fridge all my pct is obtained ive got 6 weeks off of work coming up so im planning on forsaking all but nutrition and the gym im so psyched.any last minute advice is apreciated i realy like this board alot of good info here my other board is kinda slow to answer thanks all oh and punctuation whats that?

          Well I think you have the cycle pretty much figured.

          My reccomendations are as follows:

          1) Don't overtrain. Wait at least 5 days before re-training the same muscle groups.
          2) Try to get your protein from a variety of sources and try not to rely on shakes and bars.
          3) Get lots of calories.. and try to keep them clean calories. McDonalds doesn't count.
          4) Lots of rest. At least 8 hours a night, don't go crazy with the cardio.
          5) Lots of water.
          6) Invest in some good multivitamins.

            Did I read this right? Are you going to inject 500mg on Monday and Friday or 500mg for the week? 500mg a week would be OK, but 1g a week for a first cycle is way too much.
