How to take anavar

I'm about to start a 6 weeker of 30 mg anavar , so can anyone help me out here...
How should I split the doses... I mean 15 mg every 12 / hrs
or
10 mg every 8 hours .

please help me out bros...

Also what brand of creatine is good to stack with it, and what kind of PCT If needed (i guess standard nolva at the end will do the trick) if you have any suggestions.

it is a first cycle, Im 25 years old, about 175 lbs, 1.78 m , goals: 5-8 lbs. lean mass.
gona take creatine , milk thistle, tribulus post cycle and have access to nolva, clomid, hcg.

do not want to go higher than 6 wks or maybe 8 wks , want to protect the liver .
I also have test enanth, 11 amps scherings...
but considering leaving the test for later, my first approach with anavar only.
I play baseball AAA , third baseman, so I need some lean mass , not water.

You can get lean mass from a test cycle only, what makes you think you can't achieve that?

If you want JUST 5-8lbs of lean mass, then EAT YOUR ASS OFF Clean of course, no junk food.


You can always take other stuff for water retention.

You're on the right direction for PCT(hcg, nolva, clomid)

I guess that im going to up the dosage to 35-40 mg a day , considering the above stated, but about daily dosage periods, I can take the var lets say 20 mg 7 am, then 4 pm ... but there is a long period of time taht will lower plasma levels of the var during the night... when more cortisol is released... Have my doubts about this aproach.

Rado, I wanted to start this cycle because I want to eat clean, I already eat 6 meals a day , about 3500 cals, and cant seem to put on weight since a year ago, I am not overtraining, I have cut cardio to 10.15 min every 3 days and only hit the weights for about 1hr 30 min max. I drink at least 3 lts of water a day, I`m noticing that my bf is increasing a bit while not gaining too much on mucle, Right now i stand in the 11-12 % bf.
Considering the test, as it is enanth, I was thinkink about 250 mg a wk for 6-8 wks but don't know if beeing my first cycle to stack it or just go with the var alone.
What would u recomend bros

Test @ 250 is a waste, especially for 6-8wks

If you don't mind the ED or EOD shots, go with with a prop/eq cycle for 13wks, you will love that. Good lean mass cycle.

have to consider that, I will do some more research on prop and eq, by the way... what do u guys think about the shot cycle theory , it states that cycles do not have to be more than 4 wks long, then rest 4 wks , then hit it again.
A good friend of mine that is a stripper dancer uses this method , he is not massive but stays at the 7 % bf while mantining lean mass, he uses 4 weekers of prop , then rests, then hit some enenth 250 every 15 days (2 shots a month) then rest, then hit back with something else ...
By the way, he is 36 years old, looks ripped to the bone and eats like a poor high school student, yet he keeps the proteins up the whole time, he was that recomended me the var for the first approach to roids.

Considering that i want 5-8 lbs for my first cycle with anabolic aproach, not too high in the andogenic side (anavar only) It seems that those solid 8 lbs can be mantained easier and the body can adapt to more mass in a step by step little by little method.
This way i can adapt better, it is my choice to go as conservative as I can, and it is not only the weight that matters to me, also the strenght and bodyfat.

I agree with Rado and HB. But.....

If you are going to run the var alone, i would recomend running 1 amp,250mg, a week of the test along with it......i wouldnt expect any thing drastic, but it will serve as a maintanence dose, to keep your libido and well being up as the var will shut you down.

Anytime you are running a AAS without test as the base, you should still run a maint dose. You will be sorry if you dont.

I agree with Pig, if you have 11 amps of enathate you might as well take advantage of it. You can take ldex or aroma @ .25mg ed thruout for water and as an anti-e. i would do at least 35mg ed of the var and split half in the morning and half in early evening. This is if you are are considering the aas. I tend to agree also with Rado and HB you don't need the aas for 5-8lbs.

if you knew how much i spend for the 4 bottles of QV var ... now i have a hole in my pocket, considering that right now im in mexico and still that shit is xpensive (even when i got it from a qv distributor ), I mean i would have spend way too much if i purchased em in the states...
