cycle help ?

I've done one cycle of deca already (not good because I ran it alone). So here's my second try -- I'm considering the following basic cycle:

80mg sustanon eod (280/wk)
250iu hcg every 4 days
.5mg arimidex ed
1mg ******** ed

I also have some Anavar that I wanted to incorporate. They are orange pentagons with a line down one side. I forgert how many mg they are. Anyone know about these?

First off can u give us your age, stats and lifting experience?
the more we know about u the more we can help.

If its your first real cycle and i wont get into why deca alone is bad i would run test enth or cyp @ 400-500 mg a week for 10-12 weeks followed by a proper pct.
i would use a longer ester test and shoot it twice a week, mon and thursday.

anavar comes in 5mg tabs you would want to run 35mg a day.
the hgc i would run 250 ius on sat/sun
arimidex and ******** are fine.

What he said. Not enough sust though, and if you don't like ED or EOD shots, go with enanthate then.

HCG will be fine at E4D and 250iu's is sufficient.

Since I would not consider your deca cycle your real 1st one, I would stay away for now with the orals, stick with enanthate and if you want, throw some eq in it.

Run the cycle for 10-12 weeks and follow PCT.

Your injecting 3/10 of a ml?
The Idea behind sus is that you don't need to take it ED or EOD. Heck doc's give it once every 2 weeks.

Your taking just above what docs would give as HRT but you suffering from EOD shots. Either up the amount to make a EOD short worth the hassle or just take the 250mgs E6thDay. But most will say that it is to low and is a waste. or at least that is my .02

not to mention having an amp laying around with 7/10ml in it. I would be concerned with contamination. Unless you have "sust" in a vial. Then no big deal.

I believe this is what you have, it is Chinese anavar 10mg ea. it is very good! I have one more cycle worth. The Sust is a sustained release, so you can do it every third day and still get the benifits of the short esters. My last cycle i did 250mg/one amp on Mondays and another 250mg on Thursday. They were the Karachi very good sust. I also poked myself with some prop also. I don't know where you getting 280mg wk. It is not enough to be splitting, lol. Take my advice and do the 500mg split either on Sun/Wed or Mon/Thurs. To me hcg is not necessary with this cycle, but if you wish 250iu will suffice, but id go with 500iu. Heres the pic.

I'm 29, 170lbs, about 12-15%bf, been lifting about 4 years, basically at a plateau for the past 2.

The sust I have is qv in vials, not amps. The anavar I have is exactly whay mick-g posted.

ok I'll do 150mg sust every 3 days so it's less frequent and a buit more at 350/wk.
