If you are gyno prone what would be the most succeptable amount to run test. e at. ???

I'm just not wanting to make the gyno i have any worse.

i would up the test a little higher imo...375/week isnt that much. gyno shouldnt fl are up with you running nolva..

cause im running at 75mg a ml.
would 450 mg a week be adequate.

450 would be fine. the minimum is 400mg/week imo.

If your BF is low - winny is great for the end of cycle (running up to the PCT) --- If your BF is over 14% - IMO - winny is a waste.
