Strange sore to the touch sore on chest

I have this sore about the size of a quarter, sore, NOT a bump on my pec.
It is NOT on my nipple, in fact a few inches away.
I have NEVER injected my PECS.
And just a slight rub on it, and it feels sharply sore. ( like a pin prick )
It seems to be on the upper layer of the skin tissue, because when I push on it, the muscle underneath does NOT hurt.

Anyone have an idea what this may be?

Possibly what he said, maybe a wort.

When that happens to me(I get ingrown hairs sometims) I grab a slin pin and poke it out.

Probably ingrown hair, happens to me alot when I'm pushing all that damn oil in me

Whew! As long as it's not AS-related! That freaked me a little.
Been takin Aromasin, which frickin' rocks!! Geeze nice to have my normal face back!
Proviron, Test E, EQ and Tren EOD , up to 12 weeks all together so I started to wonder. plan on 3-4 weeks more and then PCT.

yup hair, a pimple underneath skin become a massive bump and huts like hell, no worries

Not that I know of.
But there is no bump of any sort.
I'll just ride it and see.
