  • I am back bro's!

    Hey bros
I am back, I been out of pocket for a few months due to shoulder injuries, not quite back up to par....but was wondering if any gear might help rebuild my shoulders, the doc said my rotator cuff was weak and gave me some little sissy excercises to due to help. Oh yeah...I will be working out regurally on my body, so I will be hitting the juice again soon but needed some advice on my question.

WELL GLAD YOUR BACK TRIGGERMAN2003.THOSE SISSY EXERCISES THAT THE DOC GAVE YOU WILL ONLY HELP YOU,BELIEVE ME I WAS OUT FOR 14 MONTHS 2 SURGERIES ON MY SHOULDER,REHAB WORKS ONLY IF YOU PUT YOUR EFFORT INTO IT.HIT THE WIEGHTS FIRST FOR A FEW MONTHS GET THAT SHOULDER AT 100% AGAIN THEN IF AND WHEN YOUR READY HIT THE GEAR.NO GEAR WILL HELP REBUILD IT,DECA WILL HELP THE INFLAMMATION BUT ONLY FOR SO LONG.

I had a hurt shoulder for about a yr. Once I got back on gear the pain went right away. It could have been the glucosamine chronditin too though.

just be careful, do the rehab and dont press anything over your head heavy, i had to learn the hard way. i got my cuff scoped because i torn my superspanadis, and had impingment and bursitis. better take it easy cause surgery put me out a lot longer then i wanted, luckly i made a full recovery.

Gear usually only masks the pain... Deca will help lube the joints thus making it "feel" a little better but only time and the proper rehab will actually heal it... Get back to 100% then come back into the swing of things full force.... jmo

i had a torn rotator culf, torn bicep legiment, cartiliage damage and a debrigement of my collar bone. sounds fun hey. well w/ the best therepy & guidance i made full recovery in 1-1/2 yrs.(that is back to 100%) PROPER THEREPY AND FOLLOWING IT IS THE KEY (even those ***** exercises the doc gives you). you may think you can do the weight and even really want to do the weight but listen to the vioce inside that gives you reason. good luck.
