  • Performance enhancing drugs in rugby

Hello everyone, i'm new to the forum and have a couple of questions regarding steriods for sport. I am a 21 year old rugby player in the UK, 6 7" 240 llbs who does high intensity cardio training as well as a strict weights programme. I have been doing research on performance enhancing drugs to help me at the ametur levels. Can anyone in the same position or anyone with a valid opinion give me some advice, tips or anything that can help me achieve my goals!

    Cheers for your time

    Rob

stay away from winny, it weakens the tendons. I play rugby as well and ruptured my achilles tendon in the scrum while on prop and winny. eq is the way to go along with some test of course

Thanks for the advice, my goal is to get to 260llbs keeping my 13 bf, don't need to be ripped so forget the cutting, just mass, do enough cardio to keep the fat off!

i say test @ 400-500 mg a week, for 10-12 weeks use enth or cyp. and d-bol jumpstart with 35mg a day for weeks 1-4. then clen, and nolva for pct. make sure your diet, rest and training is in check.

            try this cycle:
test at 400 enanth mg a wek for 10 wks
anavar at 30 mg a wk wks 6-12.

standard nolva PCT start at the end of wk 12 when u finish anavar.
U`ll get hyper strong, gain mass, bf will be the same or lower.
            just my 2 cents
I am the king of pimps
            suffer!

I'm sure he wants to bulk at 240 6'7.

If you want to use aas try
              500mg test enth a wk
maybe some dbol if you want.

test enanth 600mg/week (maybe 750 based on your size)
                deca 400mg/week

dbol will leave you sucking wind, so I would not do it.

Thats small for being that tall.
I played D1 football the best stack I did when playing was 100mg prop EOD 75mg tren EOD for 8 wks. Test by itself made me pull muscles all the time. I didnt get bloated like Cyp so I didnt slow down.

Cheers for the advice fellas. Due to much thought i have decided not to persue any enhancers at the moment. I'm still a youngster and know that my natural strength has not fully developed yet, enhancers might be more effective in a couple of years and there is the chance of getting tested at my level.
I can't carry too much extra weight either, no bulk needed here tman, it will slow me down speed and endurance wise.
You've got to remember that i'm an athelete not a body builder, i do power and olympic lifting. I'm 250 not 240, don't usually work in llbs and don't need to get much bigger at all, just stronger and fitter without loosing the size!

good decision, too many athletes are drawn to the dark side.

Great decision RobD. With those goals in mind, you won't need AAS. The best of luck to you in your persuits.
