I hope you are not using HCG during PCt. It will hinder your recovery big time.

I usually retain around 80 % but looking at the whole picture over the past 7 to 10 years I look 100% better now than I would had I never used aas at all.

I keep all lean mass and strength gains through PCT, in fact, I sometimes get stronger. Why? Because, I make sure that all my PCT gear is in place BEFORE I buy AAS!!

it depends on the length of the cycle.

I keep a lot more when I do low dose cycles and I keep less on high dose cycles. For instance, let's say I low dose and gain 10 pounds, I'll usually keep 8 - 9 pounds of it. But If I high dose and gain 20, I'll lose atleast 7-10 pounds. Regardless of PCT. Obviously the difference is simple, the more rapid the gain the more likely higher water gains are. Thus, making you lose more weight. I'd rather low dose and gain 10 pounds keeping 8. Spend less, keep more.

Now, I'm going for a leaner build. I've been between 220 and 240 for about 3 years now (I've only geared twice during that time frame) and frankly, I'm tired of it. I'm ready to drop to about 200 to 210 and lean out(6-9%).
I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

Good point Blink! Always, always, have your pct gear before you start a cycle! I see alot of new bros asking about getting it after the fact. Especially anti-e's.
