      Add some extra virgin olive oil to your shakes. 5 tbs is another 600 cals. Just a suggestion

          Maybe bump up your test dosage since your done with your dbol. Kind of help take the place of your dbol.

              add more carbs, like aragorn said. try 1,00 more cals or at least as much as you can stuff in!

                The bigger you are, the more cals you need to grow.

                If you just put on 22lbs, you need 22lbs worth of more cals to grow. 22lbs to grow I would estimated about another 1000cals while bulking.

                Just throw in another shake. Simple.

                Whats your PW formula like? You should get at least 80g simple carbs and 50 g protien followed up by a high protien, moderate complex carb, low fat meal.
