Sore red bump on my delt.

I did a shot 2 days ago and there was a huge knot despite me rubbing it.
So I decided to rub it A LOT and hard.
It looks red and bruised. Is it ok?

How would you know or tell if it's an infection?

Tren, and it always happens on my left shoulder.
But this time it got all red and bruised, maybe I massaged it too hard?

this is kinda normal, mine happens on my right , this is normal, just massage it slowly and not tooo hard. make sure the tren goes deep into the muscle and not on the surface other wise u will have a big bump.

Use ice paks while watching tv or something for 30minutes and take ibuprofin a few times ed will help with swelling and pain. Some use combo of heat and cold. Should go down in a few days. Also, i find that if you inject alittle higher on the delt you don't get as much pain, but you have to play around with it. I do it about 2-2 1/2inches from shoulder with a 1 inch 25guage and don't go quite all the way in with the needle. If you notice there is alittle more meat there, lol.

Could have gone through a blood vessel and have accumilated blood under the skin. It happens to me sometimes. No biggie.

This happened to me every so often over the past couple of years. In my opinion it's based upon the fact of 1.) not going deep enough into the muscle and 2.) possibly injecting too fast.

Whenever it happens to me it hurts the day and the day after injecting, then it turns red and kind of warm and itchy, the the lump, (which feels like it's in the muscle) usually goes away 100% after about 5 days


but this is if the lump is not an abscess!
