Re: your thoughts and Exp. on IGF1 R3
I tried it with my pct by itself and didn't get a damn thing from it. I'm pretty sure it was legit because I bought it from a reputable source. So, my overall opinion is that it is hyped up bullshit, unless of course it is different for different people.Government is not reason; it is not eloquent; it is force. I do not condone the use of, nor do I use anabolic or androgenic steroids. My participation on these boards is for informational purposes only. I have done extensive research of AAS and enjoy discussing them for role playing enjoyment.

About 4500 pretty clean calories a day. Protein intake was about 400+. Some say they yield great gains from igf, but for me it was a waste of money.Originally posted by IntensityXThere are responders and there are nonresponders, what was your diet like anyway Js?Government is not reason; it is not eloquent; it is force. You might have gotten some results if you would have bumped up protein high,IOriginally posted by JsJs24About 4500 pretty clean calories a day. Protein intake was about 400+. Some say they yield great gains from igf, but for me it was a waste of money.
GF1 works best on a very high protein diet usually around 600-800 grams depending on how much a person weighs.Eat,Learn,Train,Grow,Shit,Shave and Shower

On the protein I hear 3x your body weight is best.
I had good results with it, lost 5lbs and gained a half inch on my arms.
