How soon roughly can I see the effects it has on less bloating and denser muscles?

Feel it same day here. Few days and feeling and looking tighter when on cycle

On an extended cycle of
1-14 Test Enth 500 EW
1-14 EQ 600
2-14 Tren EOD @ 1.5

I'm on week 9 of Test E and EQ, week 8 of Tren which started at 75 EOD then to 100 and then just bumped it 1.5 last week.
I just started Proviron at 50 ED and plan to do it all the way through PCT.

That sound right?

I heard people running with proviron up to 90 days.

I would not go more.

i took proviron @50mgs ed and it did nothing noticable, thats just my experience with it. good luck

Proviron is a must on every cycle i do. I love the effect and the feeling while on it.. It makes me pump all the time, hard and lean, but really constantly pumped with a contant hard on too ;-)
