I have a cop friend of mine who for obvious reasons can not be suspected of juicing, but who wants to gain some size.
His stats are 165cm 75kg He's all natural and basically just started working out a ½ a year or so ago, i will be helping him with his WO, form and diet etc. so that should be sq away.
Since it has to be a slow steady gain i recomended 400mg EQ/Wk for 10 wk's.
What do you guys think!
BTW i dont need to hear that he needs to go nat for the first years blah blah,...... i know it all and have told him the same.
