This sucks..

Cycle:
T400 @400wk
Aratest @ 250wk
EQ @ 200 wk
Winnie @ 100 wk

Taking 20MG of Nolvadex a day. .25mg of L-dex a day. 5 weeks in. Limp noodle.. Does work but takes alot of work to make it happen. Nuts are smaller.. Noticable. What can I do and why did this happen? Did not happen last time around. What can I change or add to help?

sure l-dex is known to kill the libido. You really are taking a lot and it can be lowered until the dose suits you. IMO .25mg E3D is adequate to keep the swelling down (bloat and moon face) and should be low enough to let your wood stiffen without assistance. Would you like a profile of l-dex?

I sure would.. It makes perfect sense Macka. I started the L-dex 2 wks back.. I did not notice any problems until last week and this weekend. Come to think of it I took .5 on Sat morning and Sat night is when I had the issue. Lol. I am taking the L-dex because I am very prone to Gyno. Last cycle I got lots of pain in my nipples and lots of swelling.. this time around I wanted to make sure this would not be an issue so i am running 20MG of Nolv everyday and .25 L-dex. I have clomid also.. But saving that for PCT.

Macka.. I was reading profiles on L-dex and did not see references about Libido. Then I read the profile on Proviron and was shocked to learn that the author suggested L-dex as a better choice. That brings me to ask why you where suggesting Both Ldex and Proviron and or adding the proviron to my cycle. What I learned from the profiles is that the two are basically the same thing. what confused me is that the profile for Proviron said it is used to treat sexual disfuntion... the L-dex profile did not mention this.

I don't sincerely know what is wrong. Do you have any health issues?? Eating and sleeping patterns, stress? I did similar cycle but with higher dosages: test hg at 500mg/wk and eq 500mg/wk with ldex@.25mg and no probs, in fact i was even more with the libido and no prob with the limp noodle at all. I don't really think the ldex is the problem. Proviron will help in this. Try it at 20mg ed and see what happens if not enough take 50mg one in morning and one mid-day. Next time i would go with a good hg test or a reliable ug test. Could be your body chemistry is not adaptable for compounding aas, maybe you are just good taking just a reliable brand of test. I always try to get a very good testosterone, as it is the base for all good cycles.

Could be.. I will consider that next time around. As far as health issues, I cant think of any off hand. Stress... Yes.. I have a super large amount of stress right now. Girl type and work stress. Possible that has something to do with it. I have noticed my nuts have shrunk.. normal?

That is normal. They will recover promise,lol! I know ppl that are and do only test cycles, and low dosage ones, and swear by them! Next time, consider a very good test hg if possible and do 300-400mg/wk long ester and do for 10wks. See what results you get, you may shock yourself! Also, it is NOMB, but i would try some good stress mgt., also try some hot green tea in the morning, they do make in mint flavors, as it is good for calming also Kyo-Green. Try to get issues resolved with girl, as i know they can tend to get you down.

Thanks for the advice Mick. Your a great help as always. Can you or anyone recomend any good sites or books that can help me understand the relationship, causes and effects of Estrogen and Test levels? I have done alot of research but I feel I am laking some information and I am eager to learn. When something happens to my body I like to know why it happend and what can help and or fix the issue.

Also a very good overall health book is "Prescription for Nutritional Healing" Third Edition by Phyllis A. Balch, CNC and James F. Balch, M.D. It can be found at most bookstores or fine healthfood stores. You may want to wait about 4 months or so after this cycle and make an appointment with an Endrocronologist M.D. for a checkup to see if your testosterone levels in the blood are normal and to see if there may be an inbalance in estrogen. He or she will know what pannels to run.

This is why i suggested above^ I think that there may be something else going on here. If there happens to be a hormonal inbalance he could be having more problems by adding more testosterone into his system, not to mention the equipoise. His stress and girl situation would also could be adding to the impotence/erectile dysfunction. He can either continue to run this cycle, which may continue/worsen these symptoms, or stop and wait 4 month or so. I would still run a normal pct reguardless, then after waiting go to a qualified Endrocronologist M.D. to run some blood pannels. AZ also has got give himself some time to himself to do some relaxation and possibaly meditate. There are also methods to change thought processes to avoid negative stress behaviors.
