I'm competing again in 2 weeks for the Queensland state championships with NPFC_IFBB on the 9th October, then 2 weeks later down in Sydney for the Australian championships on the 23-24 October. Took a CC of Win in my Right Tri. Did this before with out issue. This time I got very bad pain the next day. Muscle is hot to the touch, Swollen and hurts like hell. Its been 4 days and its just now starting to go down. Very odd. Like I said.. This never happend before but I certainly know what people talk about when they say Win can hurt. Switched to drinking it. Did not taste to bad.. Held it in my mouth and swallowed. Brand is Sydgroup Stan 50.
