IGF-1(r-3)long at 60mcg's ed for 6 weeks
humalin-r 4 days ew at 10IU's post workout for 6 weeks
Anybody have any opinions on this. I'm looking for lean gains. I know most think insulin can't give lean gains but I'm pretty sure it can be done if fat is avoided for about 6hrs. post inject. Also I was thinking of adding in some clen maybe.
Anybody have any thougts on this or maybe another option besides gh. I can't afford that shit.lol
