I was having problems with the knees but today it felt ok. Just had to warm up sufficiently. Felt good did 315 for 15 reps all the way down. It's my second leg workout in 5 weeks. This week was good I worked out 4 times. I'm back on schedule.

Thursday - Off
Friday - Chest
Saturday - Triceps, Delts
Sunday - Legs, Cardio
