    Re: Starting out, any input?

is assume "win" is short for winny??

    what type of surgery?

Becareful with post op sugey medications. Most pain killers hurt the HPTA. Thats your natural testoserone production. What you might consider is getting prescribed HRT (hormone replacement therapy). How? A few days after you stop taking pain killers. Stay awake as much as possible for two days, eat little to no protien, drink beer, do light exercise on the day before you start this. On the third day have a doctors appt. tell the doctor that you think the pain killers from surgery have caused side effects. Those side effect are low sex drive, low stamina, low energy, just weak, muscle fatigue. If he is a good doctor you'll get alot of blood work done either by him or a referall to an endrocine doctor.

The pain killers will lower your natural testosterone production then you'll lower it even more by limited sleep and limited protien intake. When the doctor gets your bloo test results back they should be at the very bottom of the normal range. He will then be able to prescribe to you HRT.. Plus you have had some very good blood test performed.

I wouldnt run a winny only cycle. I would work out after you heal up naturally for 6 months or so before going on any type of cycle. Your joints will thank you.

Seems like you've never used AS before, why winny only? I would just use test(any) for a starter. Once you've done a few cycles, then maybe throw the winny in. Do you have ANY idea as to what winny does for you? Not as in external results, but as internal effects. You NEED to read more articles on here as what AS can do for you. Never do a cycle without TEST, it's the base for everything

Oh and BTW, if you tell me what you're looking for, I could steer you in that right direction. And wait until you're done with any kind of rehabilitation before you begin your process with AS.
