Sounds good.....I will point out few things.....

Reason why some people do 5 on 2 off is because GH is so expensive....you should be on it 7 days a week but you can get away with 5 on and 2 off....

Also splitting up your GH dosages is very important as GH passes through your liver where its converted to IGF-1. You liver can only convert so much of it at once so if you inject too much it will go to waste anyways. 1-3iu at each injection is fine. After the first injection you would wait 4 hours to do another or longer. But under 4 hours is cutting it close as well. Also some people take GH right before bed time which is okay but why if you can take advatage of your natural GH production at that time. So your last shot should be 4-5 hours before bed time. That way you can still get your natural GH to kick in after you fall asleep

are u kidding me???? 12 weeks is nothing and WILL NO DO ANYTHINF FOR U, u have to run it at least 3 months to get results wt no joke, i'am doing it for 6 months took me 6 months to save for it though.

What is the info on refrigeration for GenSci Jen.? I thought I read that there was no need for refrigeration until 24 hours after reconstituting/mixing?

The kits themselves need to be refrigerated as soon as possible. They will be fine for 7-10 days without refrigeration as long as they are not exposed to extreme heat. I even left a couple of kitas in a cool, dry cabinet my first time around for a month because I thought you only needed to refrigerate after reconstituting and they were fine (got the numbness in the hands so common on GH). Remember, GH doesn't go from good to shit overnight at room temp, but it will start to deteriorate.
