did i do something wrong ?

I wanted to do 25 ml of test enanthate 250mg/ml , i used :
- 3 % BA = 0.75ml
- 5 % BB = 1.25ml
- 16.15 ml of sesame oil
- 6.25 g of powder

After filtering process, I only obtain 20-21 ml ... what did I do wrong ?
should I add 4-5ml of sesame oil ?

You are .6ml short in oil. You should have 25ml total. I would say maybe you lost some in your sterile filter. Did you purge it with air or oil to get the rest out?
You could just add 4-5ml of oil, but your not going to be at 250mg/ml anymore but at like 210.

I purged the flter with sesame oil between each filtering operations ...
what can I do ??

Nothing. You lost some somewhere if youve only got 20-21ml. Theres nothing to do about it though.

When I purge, I use about 5ml and run it all through to get the hormone out.

24.4 mL assumes that the 6.25g powder translates to 6.25 mL. That assumption is wrong. The delta V of mixing could make that a bit less. What you should have done is dissolve the powder in the BA and BB and then dilute to volume with the oil. That corrects for the delta V of mixing. You probably lost a little oil in the filter as well. You could add 3-4 mL oil to what you have to make up the volume without compromising the concentration. You know how much powder you dissolved so bring the volumn to 25 mL with oil and you will have your 250 mg/mL.

if u add more oil now ur gonna screw up the conctration. ur gonna dilute it... it won't be 250mg/ml anymore.....

Actually, I think he will be fine. Like I said, you know how much powder you dissolved. If you are sure you haven't lost any due to spillage or something, bring the volume to 25 mL with oil and you will have 250 mg/mL. It's that simple. Don't start trying to get to technical about it. 6.25 grams powder in 25 total mL is 250 mg/mL PERIOD.
