a pinz in the top when baking ?

When I bake in the oven, do I have to put a pin on the top of the vials or isn't it necessary ?

Yes, you will need to let the pressure equalize with the needle in the stopper.

suck as much air out as possible... put it on 120F... heat cycle..... no pin needed...
