Help a bro dial in a cycle

I've got a doctor friend in Japan who can help me but I can only use stuff made in Japan because of restrictions on what he can order. I want to put together a real cycle including supps anti estrogens and even shit from america to guard against thinning hair up front. Help me make the whole package.

You know what I can legally buy in the US. Please advise.

I'm 205, 33, bf 14%, training since I was 13, 5 cycles completed over 12 years. Last cycle Enarmon Depot 250eth/wk for 12 weeks finished 6 months ago and am now on the same to finish in the end of November. Doc might juice this cycle up a bit but really I'm thinking about the next one. Also, I would like advice on the perfect supplement package as well. I'll admit to being a little worried about loosing my hair up front so DHT advice would be welcome. The basic goal is to gain a modest 10 pounds and shed body fat over a three month period. As long as were at it I'll admit to having a little gyno condidtion that I don't want to aggrevate. Advice on anti-estrogens would be welcome as well.

Also, I may be able to get GH from him or another doc if I can demonstrate the symptoms for use. What are the sympoms for perscribing GH anyway?

I've only heard of GH being perscribed for use as an anti-ageing medication (usually for those of us who are 60+ yo) and for instances where muscle wasteing is a problem (In HIV+ patients for example).

For my reccomendation:

Test E 500mg per week for 12 weeks.
D-bol 30mg ED for 1st 4 weeks.

For anti-E's I reccomend you find some arimadex, anastronzle, liquidex.. whatever you want to call it (it's all the same drug). Start at 0.5mg Every day.. but buy enough so that you can bump that up to 1.0mg ED if you need to. Run it from week 1 all the way until week 17.

for PCT I'd start at week 15 and do a standard 3 week clomid/nolva PCT

As far as hair considerations, someone else will have to help you with that. I've never had a problem with hair loss so I've never really bothered to do alot of research on the subject.

Is there anything I can get over the counter for anti-E? I can't get that stuff perscribed here. So it needs to come from America but without a perscription it is a lot harder to import. My postal situation is different from yours.

I am currently running Test E, EQ, and Deca. I am running Aroma and Nolva throughout. I bought it from Innv-Sloluz. So far it seems to be very good stuff. I have virtually no bloat.

Since your last cycle was a mere 250mg of enthanate per week, 10 quality lbs (your stated goal) should be easily attainable simply by doubling your enthanate dosage to 500.

As for the hair, jump on finasteride (********). Your DHT levels will be elevated from all that exogenous test. The finasteride will help keep them lowered. However, if you begin it, you must commit to it longterm. Wash with nizoral shampoo 2-3x per week. Maybe add topical spironolactone if you have access to it.

Thanks for all the advice guys. I'll be checking into getting the recommended componnents and will let you know. And, yes I'm in Japan. Thats why I asked for over the counter anti-e. I'm not sure about using the Japanese post.
