I TOOK 200MCG OF CLEN,OOPS COULDNT EVEN TALK ON THE PHONE WITH OUT CATCHING MY BREATH. THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE A LITTLE EXTRA KICK DURING CHEST BUT I DIDNT START UNTIL I CAME DOWN A LITTLE. THEN TOOK A RED BULL AND A THERMO AND A CAFFEINE PILL AND HAD A GREAT CHEST WORK OUT.

Well, atleast it was chest day and not leg day. My heart rate stays above 140 my entire leg workout. That's because I'm too lazy to do cardio on a regular basis though. I'm sure you're in better shape than me but I'm glad to hear you take our concerns seriously.I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.
