is 1 time at 250F for 45 minutes enough ?

some cook at low temps some at higher

look at the 'coversion/fina' board.. billy wrote there something about that... about heat cycling.. and not baking stuff... cuz it damages it...
120F for 10-15 mins.. then rapid cooling.. and repeating it again.....

I didnt bake my shit that long bro, i didnt really see the point, i just used it to melt/mix the powder, then i let the ba do the rest of the work. either ways its still gotta be more sterile than the mex shit.
