I'm going to run Morning Star Lab's winstrol at 55 mgs per day. It is all in one cap. My question is should I just take the cap or split it into smaller dosages throughout the day?

I would split as the halflife is very short. Say one in morning, one mid afternoon, one in early eve. Is it scored? -

I would split it as well. I got wicked headaches from winny when I didn't split the dosage.
