      I tried them too and something is wrong with them at anabolic extreme. You can manually follow the links from the home page and they don't come up. Try tomorrow or later I have used them plenty of times.

          So it should be a given that if someone is "big" they are quite knowledgeable on steroid use? Sorry bro but I'm not some sort of groupie who gets awestruck by the sight of "big guys" and readily spread my legs and accept whatever BS some "big guy" is trying to force in to me.

              The links are working now. Like I said before it's beeen about 6 weeks and I am getting stronger and bigger though also on cycle. The real test in my opinion will be at the 10-12 week mark to see if because of the low volume that progress will continue as most training regimine I have used quit working for me and I need to switch to something new. No I do not have a spotter so I use alot of smith and machines. As far as sore goes yes you will be very sore if you do not do the stretches but if you do them then u will just feel worked. I am able to do the mon,tues and thursday friday and recover good atleast while on. When I come of I will switch to mon,wed and friday. I do not know why everyone is bashing this, unless they know him personally. I do know him but he spends alot of time in answering any email and other questions I send his way. I find that anyone that puts so much effort into something or has a fresh new idea or variation on something old to share is atleast worth considering. If you don't like it don't do it, but do not bash it.

                      I love the routine, did it while on a cycle. 2days lift, 1 day off, 2 days lift one day off and so on. After 2 weeks I took 2 days off, then started mon, wedn, fri, sat off and sunday off. I did this for 2 weeks and then back to 2-1-2. I also felt my hamstings and biceps very taking way to much when I did the 2-1-2 I trained chest-shoulders-triceps-abs
                      then day2 quads, hamstings, calfs, lower Back, back width and biceps. Then one day off.

                      Worked great
