      Rest assured.....all orders have been shipped as of MONDAY. They were sent 3 day priority so you should have it today. If not. PM ME. They would have went out last week, but we had a huge rush of orders and then a hurricaine and things got backed up even more when we left town. Sorry for the delays. We are implemeting a customer service ticket system where order questions are addresses via the merchant account system directly. That will be up and running by weeks end. This way, we will be able to tell the difference between people checking for orders that were ordered YESTERDAY and the ones that are truely late (over 5 days) - We get e-mails from customers that orderd in the last 2-3 days.....then add the questions about the process and then all the mistakes that are made during the conversion. This way the ticket system will be able to sepperate the order questions and the process questions and the general questions.....We get 25-30 various e-mails a day. We have found a way to streamline them and get them organized. We hope to get to the point to be able to answer the rediculous "where is my order that I ordered yesterday?"

      again, sorry for the delays and we hope to get our service back to where it was before the ever rising amount of orders...
