  • Adding T3 to the mix??

    Anybody have any exp with adding a bit of T3 to there cyckle? I seem to remember having read somewhere that it helps the AS work more efficient.

    i have heard of guys running 50mcgs the lenght of their cycle to help with protien absorbtion

    me---i ran it the last 5wks of my last cycle to take off the fat i gained while on

      The only time I've heard it being used to help with protein i whenon gh. I've only used it for fat loss. Although it probably could be used to help with protein if you use a low dosage. I wouldn't suggest staying on it too long either, You don't need any thyroid problems.

        If the cycle is for bulking with and emphasis on minimizing fat gains 12.5-25mcgs will do. I've done it and it was great. If the cycle is for cutting, 100mcg is the minimum for me but I increase it to 1mcg per pound of LBM. I get regular bloodwork from my doc and so far no thyroid problems to speak of.
