  • Blood after glute inject.

Done it many times at at the same region. Forgot to pull plunger back and see if there was blodd before I shot. Seemed real hard to inject this time and then after I pulled it out, blood.

My first question shou;d be , am I alright?
But my question really is DID I WASTE THE GEAR????

I have MY priorities in order!

    Thanks.
    Rock On!

Go to spotinjections.com. You should be injecting about 3" below where waist meets the glute on either right or left side of buttock. You can also move around injects sites, so your not always hitting the same area. You prob hit a vessel. No need to worry about loosing gear if you injected almost all the way in with a 1 1/2" needle.

Bro . . .rotate the gear man . . . delts to quads . . .you can see what your doing better and it's easier to remember the steps when you can see it all! Be careful dude.

happened to me once, not a big deal, just make sure to pull the plunger back every time. and your talking like a rush of blood not just a drop right. a good way to stop the lil drops of blood is to stretch the skin before you inject the let it go when your done.

Delts and glutes. no problem, like cake. But as soon as I stick my thigh, WHOA it hurt like hell before I even punctured it through. WTF? I did check out spotinjections.com before it. Any clues?
