Yes Mike is right is your going to inject, do the inner and outer part of the bicep. I have found less pain that way.

OKAY WHY NOT, I'LL STICK MY NECK OUT. I FRICKIN LOVE SPOT INJECTING WINNY AND I CHOOSE MY BI'S AND TRI'S. I GET OFF ON IT. IT DOESNT HURT THAT BAD. ITS KIND OF A CHALLENGE.. YAH YAH THATS IT, ITS A CHALLENGE

ALL KIDDING ASIDE I ALWAYS SPOT INJECT WINNY IN MY ARMS AND THEN WORK OUT AFTER INJECTING, FRICKIN MANIAC

For me I get a lot less pain injecting water based winny than oil. I like using water based winny in my tri's, bi's and traps.

If you're going for site growth then you inject an unesterfied roid in to the muscle, which stanazolol happens to be.

I too have been doing Dpharm winny spot injections, each time I do it I split up the dose and do bilateral shots in each side. It hurts for about 3 days but nothing I cant handle, I also do the shots 1 hour before I train that muscle and the pump is insane on winny, I sure hope this site injection thing works.

So far I have been taking test prop and EQ with it and injecting that on its own EOD rotating from glutes to quads. I am thinking about mixing the prop with the winny ED for extra spot injections.

Also I was doing calf injections with winny about twice a week and I found on the AR forum a post about how dangerous it is to shoot into the calves, but I did quite a few shots already with no problems, it just sucks not to be able to site inject that area again.

If you have water based winny do not inject the winny and prop into the same site you just begging for a terrible infection if you do that water and oil dont mix the oil causes little beads of water to stay in the site longer than intended and your very very likely to get a real bad abcest. The oil releases slower than water so it stays in the muscle longer water based releases almost immediately and is not intended to stay in the muscle. DONT DO IT
