  • too much cardio

is it possible that i am not getting much more progress because i am doing too much cardio. I run almost everyday between 2-5 miles.
Now who I am is who I'll be until I die
either accept it or don't fuck with it

Cardio is a must IMOP, keeps the BF off and you have a better sence of well being. If your trying to BB and grow, tons of cardio will slow your progress down. I preffer 3 -4 times p/w and rotate your cardio meaning cross train and do not make each cardio workout intence. Make some days a light workout, like 60-70% of your heart rate and other days, crank it up it 85%. You will need to comsume lots of calories in your case.

Deffinitely, while training to gain muscle i would not sudgest any more the 3 times a week 30-45min low intensity like walking, running is very tought on the body while trying to gain...XXL

I usally do cardio 3-4 times a week for 30-40min at low intensity when bulking. It gives me more energy though the day and keeps me in decent shap. As long as i keep my protein high and carbs high i still gain lots of muscle.

i belive unless u compete, the average bber should be able to get down to 7-8% bf, diet alone, anything less, u will have to do cardio, i believe cardio is very catabolic.

When not getting ready for competition I don't even do cardio. If you want to do it though I'd definitely stick with 30 mins 2-3 times a week at max.

getting down to 7% bodyfat without cardio is pretty unrealistic, barring some sick genetics for being lean. you probably dont understand the true look of 7%. itz less than you think
