Yeah, I have that problem too, DG. I take mine all at once in the AM, but I know that many bros spread it out. It's an individual thing - the efficacy is the same, either way. And shaking? I shake like an epileptic crack ***** on Clen, but I can deal with it, two weeks at a clip.Comment

shit I am sensitive to em it seems tolerance builds up fast I get wired energy but also kind of a tired lethargic feeling off clen.
Thats why I never really liked it nor experimented very long with it.
