Anyway, I know insulin use is always a hot topic, and here is my experience with it thus far( This is for you young guy's looking to try it--do your research)I am 21, probably too young to be using slin, but I have lofty goals of someday becoming a IFBB pro, and I was looking for something to get me out of a rut(stuck at 210 lean pounds)
Okay, my cycle looked like this(my 4th)
Week 1-14(very moderate, conservative doses, but I grew well)
500-600mg cyp a week
400mg NPP
1-4 Adrol kickstart @ 50mg
Slin 1-4 @ 2iu on up to 10iu
Slin 8-11 @ 10iu post workout only
(using Hum R, would now recommend Humulog)
adex, nolva, proviron throughout
First four weeks I blew up(bloated up) hit 230, but was puffy as hell....Attributed the fullness to the slin, great feeling but you must watch your diet--especially with humR< no fats for at least 5 hours, plenty of dextrose(just play it safe 8-10 gr of carb for every iu untill you figure out what works for you) I can now personaly use around 6-7 g carb per iu without going hypo(very scary feeling, went twice in the first couple weeks, but had dextrose tabs on hand, a must if looking to try slin) Gained a good amt of fat as well, no matter how close i watched my diet, I could not help the fat gain. I am currently on my 10th week and have leaned up some, sitting around 220, but strenght and vascularity are way up
Next go around I will definately use Humulog....
I know slin use is talked about heavily but let's here personal experiences with it, it would be useful to those considering it's use......
