I never had much prob with gyno . . .but I do get the acne! My back looks like a teenage boy's face sometimes. I am learning to control it pretty well though.Comment

Cave, what exactly are you doing to control acne? I'm getting it for the first time, and while it's not that bad, I'd still like to be rid of it. I've heard that B5 does the trick.Comment

Yeah B5 does some cool chemical imbalance/balance deal before your system ever produces the bacteria that causes the acne. A good anti like minocycline, dioxycycline, or even tetracycline will help a great deal over the long haul. However, to get some relief in the short term . . wash your back with a grease cutting dish soap and long handled scrub brush. Get a cleocin based antibiotic rub on and coat your affected areas morning and night after a good shower. You prob should get the anti as well to kill the bacteria that already exists. The B5 should help slow the progression. Oh yeah there is one thing that will surely work . . .stop aas use! wuuuaaahahahahahah! Yeah right!
