chicken and beef and even tuna are really high in sat fat and sodium. What do u guys recommend for high calories and high protein? I have to watch my sat fats and sodium keep in mind

Lean chicken (skinless) and steak aren't high in saturated fats. Neither is tuna.
My advice: Eat all the chicken, lean steak, and tuna you can. Add in a blend of carbohydrates. Drink a lot of H2O. Add in a few protein shakes here and there. And GROW!
