first timer-need advice

i have never juiced before and just picked up some test. cyp.
i don't really know anything about this stuff. how much should i take per week and for how long? should i take anything to combat possible side effects(anti estro, etc.)

hey bro i just started a week ago on test cyp im taking 400 mg a week for 10 weeks. then clomid at end

I would run 600 per week for 10wks.

I would use 25mg Aromasin E3D

I would have some Nolva on hand just in case.

I would have 36 tabs of clomid. I would also start the clomid 2wks later. 300mg day 1, 100mg for 10 days, 50mg for 10 days.

I think you should keep the test at 400mg/week. This is your first cycle, no need to go nuts.

bro you do need to do more research, but test cyp. is a good first cycle maybe throw in some deca or eq. but before you do anything do research first!!!!!!!!!

i've doing research on this stuff for a few months and am pretty aware of what it can do to me. i'm just not sure on how much to take, i'm not really looking for huge gains and am not sure if i plan to do more cycles in the future. i've been working quite regularly for years, but for a while school just got in the way. i recently started training again and i'm hoping this gets me back on track. thanks for the advice guys

Aromasin is a bit harsh for a mild test cycle. He may not need any anti-e's at all if he sticks to 350-400 mg ew and that will give him good gains on his first cycle if his diet and training are good. If he needs ant-e's, I would suggest arimidex at 1 mg eod. It is not as expensive as aromasin and will not shut down estrogen 90-100% like aromasin. You need a little estrogen to grow you know.

That being said, I think the wisest choice is that voiced by others on this thread. Research and learn a little more before deciding. If you don't know an appropriate dosage than, frankly, you don't know nearly enough. Even if you have been researching for a few months.
