  • motivated pt.2 Opinion Needed

With August 1st around the corner I need your opinion PLEASE.

    Would you :
    A. Go on the juice to help with the motivation and slimming down, drive, desire etc.
    B. Keep trying to get back to 100% peak natural shape prior to going on.

    Couple of points -
    1. I missed lifting all last week. I wouldn't have if I had been on because I know in my mind if I'm not lifting I might as well just squirt the needle in the toilet instead of my ass.
    2. This is my last cycle until I get a p/t job to make funds for another so obviously I want to get the most out of it I can.

Lol! Try not getting so tiedup with the cycles. Your body needs to recover. Think of it as more of a tool. Aas can get mentally addictive to some ppl. You have to use some positive mind control and know that aas isn't the cureall to motivation. You need to get into a routine and force yourself to get your ass in the gym. Even if your not motivated, make a point to go on certain days no matter what and it will get easier.

It's not a matter of recovery as I finished my last cycle June last year. It's just I stopped everything shortly after that for various reasons and my body kinda went to hell so to speak. I think I just needed a break from the straight discipline I had put on myself from 7 straight years of lifting and dieting. So now it's a decision of whether to get to where I think is my natural peak after laying off the weights for a year and then go on or to just go on now and use that to get to whatever peak it takes me.

well after I laid off for a long time I went on a cycle as soon as I got back for motivation. I know how it feels to walk into a gym and workout with 130lbs on bench press when y ou used to work out with 275.. and grab a 25lb dumbell for your biīs when you used to use 60ies....

so I would hit the cycle in that case.

Mike, that is what I said I was going to do 2 months ago but I keep messing up by slacking on the diet and skipping workouts. BUT I KNOW for sure if I'm on I slack and skip NONE because I can't afford to throw away the money by wasting the juice. Than after 12 weeks of being on and being strict with myself I'll be in the mindset and groove to keep on rolling after I come off until whenever I can afford my next batch of gear. Does that make sense. With that being said, what would you do Mike?

                    large,

I think in general you have already made up your mind hehe. But go to the gym for atleast two weeks without slack to get the cripling soreness out before you hit the gear.
I donno man but if it isnīt sore tomorrow all I know is you are pussing out.

                      Mick-G said it all,

The AAS should be used to supplement your already routine training. The AAS can't do it all.......

Good Luck though, no flame intended Bro.......
