do u guys split the dose or take it all at once?i was thinking to split it the 35 mgs(7 tabs) 4 in the am and 3 in the afternoon. What u guys think

I believe oxandrolone's half life is somewhere around 9 hours. I would spread them out. You might also wanna take them with some grapefruit juice as it may help enhance absorbtion.Comment
