  • need help on cycle

    Hello everyone I am going to try to get some gear within the next few weeks and needed some help on what to get? I am 5'6" and weigh about 156lbs and bf is about 9-10%. I am going to start my 3rd clcle and have not done it right so asking for help. Also has anyone heard of wrist locking up from GH use? (did 30 IU's for 6 weeks and have bad problems w/wrists). Also need to know if GH would be good with next cycle? Thinking of sust and EQ and D-bol. Not trying to break the bank. I have lost almost all of my gains from last cycle, approx 30lbs, I know alot of water but what the hell? Ate like a house and did get stronger but all gone.

    I think my training is pretty good, 5-6 days a week but I think my biggest problem I have to get over is to much cardio( fear of fat ) about at least 5 days a week 30 -60 mins a day. I also used cytomel 25msg every day and clen 6 tabs 1 week on 1 week off with ace stack on opposite weeks. I do eat very clean but tried to get lean with about 1800 cals a day and cheat on weekends. I know alot is my fault still do not know why lost so much was up to 186lbs. But had problems with shoulders and wrists so could not train hard. So what do you guys think I should do as far as this messed up situation of mine. And I am a hard gainer naturaly, started training at 142lbs 2-3 yrs ago?

      Well I think at 156lbs it is time to put on some quility weight, so what is the best route and do you have any info on my problems w/ wrists and shoulders. The doc says shoulders are not from gear but no problems before it and same w/ wrists no problems until GH?

        I did go to the doc and they said just tape my wrists and there is nothing more that they can do. As far as my shoulders they said it is common among weight lifters and they gave me a cortisone shot in each one and next step is surgury, Well we do not want that so just have to do what I can. Well any ideas for next cycle, what would be a good mass builder without getting crazy? And thanks for the info. I love to learn.

          O'yea and what do you do for the problems if they are like mine? I also have read up on GH and never seen my problem, but that was the only thing I was taking si just asumed.

            stay away from AS use and eat 3500-4000 cals a day, watch the fat and carb intake though.


            3 cycles and you're still skinny You're worried about fat? Seems like you have not much at all for your height and weight.
