I just started getting tender nips. I'm very, very prone to gyno.....should I start noval at 20mg per day or what?? I'm only in my 4th week...this blows!!!

Take 40mg nolva the first day then 20mg the following days until the symptoms disappear then stop. To be on the safe side, you may want to follow up with an AI, such as liquidex. -

Mick you might want to think about getting some aromasin if you are that prone to gyno, im going to use it on my upcoming bulker b,c im very prone to it too.
