I take it first thing in the AM [ 400mg r-ala, 600mg NAC ]. A bit overkill for my cycle, since I'm only taking one 17aa oral (blue heart dbol, 50mg ed), but, I figure that if I'm nice to my liver, he'll be nice to me! -
