    When you begin a 10 wk. cycle (sust, dbol, l-dex, clomid), is is absolutley necessary to up the protein from an already clean
    six meal a day hi-protien diet like this:

    9:00am-7eggwhites/oatmeal

    11:00am-MRP-40-low-carb hi-protien drink

    2:00pm-2chicken breast/tater/veg

    4:00pm1 1/2 chicken breast/starch/veg

    7:00pm 8 ounces lean meat(fish, chicken, turkey, orstrich, etc.)/veg/starch

    10:00-Hi-protein drink-low carb

    o yes a gallon of water daily

    If I increase the protein, how do I do it? Just increase all the quatities shown throughout the day?
