how many calories, meals, macro's do you take in on any given day? do you do cardio? what's your favorite cutting cocktail?

i take in about 1800-2000 calories 70% protein 15% fat and 15%carbs. i do cardio 3 days a week for 45 minutes. i eat every two hours about 6 -7 meals a day. very small meals, usually just one can of tuna, or two tablespoons of cottage cheese make a meal.lots of water, cant be stressed enough, lots of water. my favorite is fina/winny , i like simplicity in my workouts and in my supps. i take whey protein only , and i do lots of free weight basic exercises. it works for me

im fat , but not as fat as i was. i gained about 8-10 pounds and lost maybe 1-3 % bf (wild guess) i look a lot better in my clothes than i did, and my strength went up sharply , wich increased my confidence and led to zero half ass gym days. try a search for "cutting cycle" and you will be reading for a while.

i am using only 600mg/wk of eq and t3 anf eca.....i am down from 312 to 288 in 4 weeks.....i eat only protein, like chicken, tuna, steak once in a while, eggs, ect. i only eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, and have 2 protein shakes with 60g of protein each. i didn't do cardio for the firstr month but started this week and will be doin 4 days a week now at 30-45 min each time to keep fat loss up....goal:270 but march 14th
